Animal Studies - Giraffe

Cayegory: Traditional Art

I've been super busy with works, TA's duty and classes'  projects that I barely to have enough time to work on my own projects. Hopefully things will get better with better time management in near future. Expect to see some models of character that I'll work on for class project (Medieval theme, awwww yea!)

This is it....for now!

Category: Traditional Art Charcoal on Illustration board

A final project for this semester. I'll definitely go back to this project in the near future so I can actually push the value to the point where I want. Personal projects are coming next.

Something for November

(been ages since the last time I used pastel)

Just as the title said, a quick update of somewhat I did this month. All poses are around 20~40mins so not really enough time for me to finish...or I'm just a slow learner.

Invented Texture

Category: Traditional Art - Pen on Bristol Paper

Once, I found this portrait that really strike me. The impression was strong enough that I decided to choose his portrait for my next project, called Invented Texture. As you can see, the image is formed by multiple square, and each square has individual image. By reading what are these image about, audience can participate into the story that I want to say. This is my way to describe the Afghanistan War, a war that the U.S has fought for so long. For once, I want to work on a serious topic such as politic or wars, so I'm glad I have chance to work on this project.
